The project's objective was to improve rural roads in the Municipality of Ilida to enhance the quality of life for citizens. The project involved the construction of cement pavements, the improvement of rural roads, and the construction of stormwater drainage systems in the communities of Anthona, Rodia, near Petropoulos Konstantinos, Skliva, Mazouraki, Latta, and Avgi. In all cases of cement pavements, wooden molds were used to confine the concrete and create expansion joints.
In summary, the performed tasks included excavation of trenches, demolition works, placement of pavement and pipe embedding, backfilling operations, and the installation of manholes. Finally, the construction of wells and the restoration of road surfaces were carried out.
